Job Role & Responsibilities
- Contracts Manager for dry wall, ceiling and SFS packages on commercial projects with values up to £2 million
- Manage site supervisors, direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed.
- Attend client meetings and progress meetings.
- Reporting into the Directors providing updates on site.
- Liaise with the office regarding materials and timesheets.
- Commercially aware ensuring projects are completed on budget
- Provide technical advice to site
