Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in Civils or Earthworks?
TS Recruitment is working with a regional civils and earthworks contractor who are looking to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercial manage 3-4 projects at one time.

Role Responsibilities:
- Visit sites to carry out valuations and variations
- Approve and pay all subcontractors
- Procure materials for sites
- Ensure sites are within budget
- Complete cost value reports
- Present to the Commercial Manager and support through final accounts

What We're Looking For:
- Min 5 years' experience working in a similar sector
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
