Overview: Site Manager – Dry Lining Contractor in Birmingham. £50,000 plus package. We are working with a Dry Lining Contractor recruiting a Site Manager on a £2 million scheme.
Responsibilities:
- No 1 Site Manager for drywall and ceiling contractor on commercial projects
- Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed.
- Oversee quality control and upload all relevant information on the snagging sheet.
- Reporting into a Contracts Manager updating on site progress.
- Ensure new areas of work are ready in advance and organise materials.
- Attend Site Management meetings and update main contractors.
- Order materials for site and be commercially aware.
- Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followed.

- A strong technical knowledge on drywall and ceilings.
