This team plays a key role in shaping our developments-from the earliest concept to final completion-ensuring compliance with regulations and championing engineering excellence. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you\’ll oversee the design and technical coordination of infrastructure works. This includes managing external consultants, securing statutory approvals, coordinating adoption agreements (S38, S104, S278), and supporting timely site starts. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of our diverse and challenging projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee the design and detailing of external works by appointed consulting engineers-foundations, roads, sewers, and more. Secure and manage S38, S104, and S278 adoption agreements, including timely bond placement and release.
