This is a dedicated contract role running from now until February 2027. You will take full financial ownership of the project through its delivery and final account stages, maximizing commercial performance and managing subcontractor risk. Key Responsibilities Manage project cash flows. Produce monthly valuation reports. Finalize remaining subcontractor procurement. Assess subcontractor variation claims.
