TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a site manager with new build experience for a project in Sheffield. This permanent opportunity is with a regional construction business operating across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire regions.
The project is valued around GBP10m and is a new build scheme that will benefit the local community. A regional, tier 2 contractor with many years of successful trading, this contractor works with private and public clients and has a fantastic reputation.
The Role
- Lead the site team to successful project completion
- Promote and enforce health & safety
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Manage sub-contractors – site presence and quality monitoring
- Manage programme
- Meet with client and manage expectations
