TS Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial projects across the North of England.

Responsibilities
- Manage 2-4 multi million-pound drylining projects at a time
- Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
- Write and manage site programmes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
- Manage labour, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
- Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
- Project values circa £1-5 million
- Report directly to the Regional Director

- Specialist drylining contractor
- Projects ranging from £1 to £5m
- Work includes healthcare, education and MOD work
- Renowned name in the industry
- Work for Tier 1 main contractors
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
- Minimum 5 years' management experience
- Good IT and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
