Projects across Yorkshire & North Notts
Responsibilities
- Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
- Write and manage site programmes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
- Manage labour, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
- Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
- Oversee 4-5 live projects valued from £25k-£2m
- Report directly to the Managing Director
