Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fire Protection) - Cockermouth £65,000 to £70,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus
Benefits
- Basic salary circa £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
- Car allowance circa £4k
- 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown and bank holidays (31 in total)
- 8.30 am to 5 pm working hours (30min break)
- Friday working from home
- Discretionary bonus up to 10% after 12 months employment
- 3% employee pension contributions
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Commercially manage fire protection work on Cockermouth
- Offer value engineering
- Costings off a schedule of rates
- Work closely with the site team to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Carry out monthly cost value reports
- Attend site meetings
- Complete final accounts

Knowledge / Experience
- A proven history working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Open to sector experience either main contractor or specialist subcontractor
- Preferably degree educated
- Good IT and numerical skills
- Full UK driving license
