TSR Recruitment are looking to recruit a Construction Site Manager on a permanent basis for an established Lincolnshire construction contractor operating across Lincolnshire. This role has become available due to planned expansion and an increase in tendering opportunities - making it a fantastic time to join!
Established for over 50 years, working with local government, public and private clients alike, building projects such as schools, leisure centres, care homes, and health centres. This is an excellent time to join and influence the estimating department within a secure construction business. Initial project is a £4m major refurbishment in North Nottingham, including internals and externals.
Site Manager responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce health and safety
- Site inductions
- Toolbox Talks
- Subcontractor management
- Manage and maintain site documents

- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Previous site management experience in construction
- New build commercial and refurbishment experience
