Why Join Us? ✅ Competitive salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum ✅ Secure, permanent role within an expanding business ✅ 28 days paid holiday ✅ Excellent career development opportunities Role Responsibilities: Manage commercial aspects of dry lining and ceiling packages Prepare and submit CVRs, payment applications, and approve wages and subcontractor payments Handle variations, final accounts, and cost reporting Collaborate with site teams to maintain budgets and timelines Conduct regular site visits to oversee commercial performance Report to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director Procure materials and set up call-off agreements About the Company: ️ Specialist in drywall and ceilings Projects valued between £1M – £5M Working with Tier 1 Main Contractors Focused on high-rise student accommodation and residential buildings What We\’re Looking For: ✔️ Strong technical understanding of dry lining and ceilings ✔️ Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) ✔️ Confident using IT and preparing reports ✔️ Full UK driving licence How to Apply: Ready to take the next step in your QS career?
