Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in dry lining or working for an interior's subcontractor? TS Recruitment is working with a regional dry lining contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities:
- Visit sites weekly to carry out sub-contractor invoice approvals for wages
- Approve and pay all subcontractors
- Procure materials for sites
- Apply and agree variations
- Ensure sites are within budget
- Complete cost value reports
- Present to directors and support through final accounts
- Estimate and price work presenting to the directors for submission
