Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in dry lining or working for an interior's subcontractor? TS Recruitment is working with a regional dry lining contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial projects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Visit sites weekly to carry out sub-contractor invoice approvals for wages
  • Approve and pay all subcontractors
  • Procure materials for sites
  • Apply and agree variations
  • Ensure sites are within budget
  • Complete cost value reports
  • Present to directors and support through final accounts
  • Estimate and price work presenting to the directors for submission
