TSR Recruitment are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a Midlands based mechanical contractor operating across the wider Midlands. The contractor has been established for over ten years and delivers a high standard of service to major contractors. Due to an increase in workload and project wins, the contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to bolster its operational team.
Areas of operation include education, commercial, accommodation and industrial projects, installing pipework, ventilation, air conditioning, underfloor heating and water treatment. Managing up to three sites with values ranging from hundreds of thousands to low millions on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Site based Project Manager managing up to three sites.
- Establish successful working relationships with site managers.
- Establish relationship with the main contractor.
- Manage project delivery.
- Prepare monthly progress reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical project management.
- Experience with mechanical tools.
- Good IT skills.
- Organised and professional.
- Good communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
Remuneration
