TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source a Project Manager for a regional construction business based and operating in the East and South East regions of the UK. This role will benefit a Project Manager operating in construction and internal refurbishment sectors with specific focus on multiroom and hotel refurbishment and extension.
With a secured pipeline of work, this is a fantastic and secure opportunity for a multiroom accommodation experienced Project Manager based in the South East. This role will involve some travel across the region but will come with a company vehicle or allowance to suit.
The Role
- Split time between office and sites
- Deliver projects valued up to £5m including refurbishments, extensions and some smaller new builds
- Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
- Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned
- Programme projects using Asta
- Material take offs
- Reporting to senior level on progress
