Due to continued growth and a number of internal promotions, an exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial team. The Role
- Managing costs across residential new build developments
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Working closely with operational and technical teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and programme
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the new build housing sector
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple developments simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
