TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage a social housing scheme covering EWI, re-roofs, windows, solar and more.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of subcontractors
- Place subcontract orders ensuring best price, quality and compliance
- Order materials for site
- Produce cash flow and revenue forecasts
- Produce a cost budget for each scheme
- Complete monthly CVR’s
- Submit payment applications
- Agree variations with the client
Would suit an intermediate or assistant QS looking to further their career.
