  • Oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings
  • Work could include planned and reactive maintenance such as re roofs, toilet repairs, window replacements, floor levelling, kitchens and more
  • Attend site visits
  • Lead projects form precontracts to completion
  • Oversee quality control and health and safety
  • Commercially aware to ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Manage contractors and direct staff
  • Manage the client relationship and maximise opportunities
  • Complete progress reports
  • Reporting into the head of facilities management
