Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the regional buyer purchasing and managing lead times / call offs for a number of new build housing sites
- Procurement administration
- Report / monitor fulfilment rates and delivery dates
- Manage supplier relationships / partnerships
- Liaise with accounts regarding invoices and payment terms
Knowledge / Experience
- A sound knowledge of construction materials preferably within house building
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Coins experience preferred but not essential
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong IT and numerical skills
- The ability to research products and network
