TSR Recruitment are actively working with a housing contractor who are looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to join the business in the Northeast region.
Benefits:
- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Complete all remedial work for new build housing
- Work will include joinery, plaster patching, filling, painting
- Drive to various locations in the Northeast region to carry out remedial work
- Ensure quality is to the highest standard
- Work independently following a work sheet, uploading completed works
- Keep accurate stock of the van and tools ensuring the vehicle is clean and maintained
- Work to tight deadlines
- Work will be in occupied houses so excellent customer service skills are needed

Knowledge/Experience:
- Multi skilled in a variety of trades including joinery
- Previous experience working on remedial work on new build housing
- Preferably a qualification in joinery such as NVQ level 2 or 3
