Groundworks Supervisor - Permanent Position - Nationwide
£24.00 - £27.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits & Allowances
TS Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Groundworks Supervisors for permanent positions working on new build care home developments across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering high‑quality groundworks and civil engineering packages on projects nationwide.
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising groundworks teams carrying out:
- Heavy Civils
- Deep Drainage
- Section 278 Works
- Strip Foundations
- Pile Foundations
- External Works & Infrastructure
All projects are new build care home developments.
Package
- Permanent employment
- £24.00 - £27.00 per hour
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Paid accommodation (digs)
- Daily food allowance
- Evening meal allowance
- Mileage paid
- Travel time paid
- Ongoing work on projects throughout the UK
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Proven experience supervising groundworks and heavy civils projects
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle (essential)
- Must be willing to work away from home on nationwide projects
