Site Manager (Housing) Ingoldmells Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum plus package Key Benefits Basic salary of £55 - £65,000 per annum Company car allowance £5,700 or company car 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Discretionary bonus scheme Private medical and life assurance Role & Responsibilities Manage the site of a new build housing development circa 150 units Manage subcontractors and labour only contractors offering technical advice when needed Strong technical knowledge oniclding NHBC and building regulations Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to Conduct site reports for the contracts manager Lead site meetings when required Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks About the Company Leading new build housing contractor Quality is of paramount importance with several awards won Required Knowledge & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a number 1 housing site manager Experience on traditional build and timber frame preferred Knowledge and experience working on Zutec and digital plot books Full UK driving license.
