Health & Safety Advisor – Lincoln | £35,000 - £42,000 plus package | Permanent
A regional construction business in Lincoln requires a Health and Safety Advisor to monitor sites of various sizes and values across the Lincolnshire region and surrounding areas. The role supports the existing HSE team by developing and implementing health and safety processes and training.
The Role
- Support and develop training, processes, briefings and toolbox talks
- Site inspections and audits
- Produce reports and recommendations for improvement
- Create and implement construction phase plans
- Update and maintain records
- Build and establish relationships
The Person
- Competent IT Skills
- Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of current CDM and Health & Safety legislation
- Full UK driving licence, willing and able to travel to sites and offices
