Health & Safety Advisor – Lincoln
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 plus package • Permanent
TS Recruitment are currently looking to source a Health and Safety Advisor on behalf of a regional construction business in Lincoln. This role will involve monitoring sites of various sizes and values across the Lincolnshire region and surrounding areas. This contractor has over 50 years of construction experience and trading history. Due to an increase in workload and demand, this tier 2 regional contractor requires the addition of a Health and Safety Advisor to support the existing HSE Team.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop training, processes, briefings and toolbox talks
- Site inspections and audits
- Produce reports and recommendations for improvement
- Create and implement construction phase plans
- Update and maintain records
- Build and establish relationships and establish
Qualifications
- Competent IT Skills
- NEBOSH (Construction preferred)
- Experience of working in a health and safety role
- Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of current CDM and Health & Safety legislation
- Full UK driving licence, willing and able to travel to sites and offices
