TS Recruitment are currently looking to source a Health and Safety Advisor on behalf of a regional construction business in Lincoln. This role will involve monitoring sites of various sizes and values across the Lincolnshire region and surrounding areas. This contractor has over 50 years of construction experience and trading history, from humble beginnings to the major business it is today. Due to an increase in workload and demand, this tier 2 regional contractor requires the addition of a Health and Safety Advisor to support the existing HSE Team.

The Role

  • Support and develop training, processes, briefings and toolbox talks
  • Site inspections and audits
  • Produce reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Create and implement construction phase plans
  • Update and maintain records
  • Build and establish relationships

The Person

  • Competent IT Skills
  • Excellent Communication, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of current CDM and Health & Safety legislation
  • Full UK driving licence, willing and able to travel to sites and offices
