Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities within the construction sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects and the supply chain
  • Maximise opportunities on frameworks
  • Monitor tenders, PQQs and tenders' submissions
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
  • Prepare and present presentations when needed
  • Liaise with the estimating / commercial team to maximise and win work
