TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well-established and financially strong main contractor, which has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality commercial and industrial projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they now require an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple steel frame new build schemes.
The Role
- Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects (typically £1m-£25m) from pre-construction through to final account and defects period
- Experience in delivering large new-builds commercial and industrial, strip-out and fit-out projects
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
- Driving programme, commercial performance, health & safety and quality standards
- Client liaison and regular reporting at senior level
- Leading regular project reviews and ensuring profitable outcomes
The Person
- Proven track record as a Contracts Manager / Project Manager looking to step up
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial, logistics, or similar projects (new build or refurbishment)
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness with excellent client facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple schemes concurrently
Remuneration
- Highly competitive basic salary (negotiable DOE)
