Benefits:

  • £28 - £33k per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the regional buyer purchasing and managing lead times / call offs for a number of new build housing sites
  • Procurement administration
  • Report / monitor fulfilment rates and delivery dates
  • Manage supplier relationships / partnerships
  • Liaise with accounts regarding invoices and payment terms

Knowledge/Experience:

  • A sound knowledge of construction materials preferably within house building
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Coins experience preferred but not essential
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong IT and numerical skills
  • The ability to research products and network
