Quantity Surveyor - Drylining

£50,000-£60,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance
Join a growing specialist contractor and take a key commercial role delivering drylining and interiors projects up to £2m.
The Role
- Manage the commercial aspects of drylining projects up to £2m
- Complete site measures, variations and valuations
- Prepare payment applications and CVRs
- Attend site meetings and manage final accounts
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team
- Opportunity to support with estimating and tendering duties

About You
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Background in drylining, interiors or subcontracting
- Strong commercial and IT skills
- Good understanding of valuations, variations and final accounts
- Full UK driving licence
