Family Paralegal
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
TSR Legal are currently working with a well-established law firm in Worcester who are looking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join their growing Family team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Family Paralegal to join a supportive team, where you will play an important role in assisting with a varied caseload of family law matters and supporting a new addition to the team.
The Role
You will provide paralegal support across a broad range of family law matters, including:
- Legal aid childcare proceedings.
- Non-molestation and other protective injunction applications.
- Divorce and separation matters.
- Financial remedy proceedings.
- General family law matters and associated case preparation.
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day case management and administration.
- Preparing legal documentation, correspondence and court bundles.
- Liaising with clients, courts and other relevant parties.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience working within a Family department.
- A good understanding of family law procedures and processes.
- Experience assisting with legal aid childcare matters would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
