A new opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing commercial law firm with a fully remote working model. The firm offers a progressive and flexible working environment where lawyers are trusted to manage their workload independently while benefiting from the support of a collaborative team. The fully remote structure allows solicitors to work efficiently while maintaining strong connections with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Advising employer clients on disciplinaries, grievances and dismissals
  • Supporting clients with employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation
  • Drafting settlement agreements and advising on employment disputes
  • Assisting businesses with compliance and risk management issues
  • Building strong long-term relationships with business clients
