TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a modern and rapidly growing conveyancing practice that is looking to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated conveyancer with 2–3 years’ experience managing their own residential property caseload who is looking to join a forward thinking firm that embraces technology, values client care, and offers genuine long-term progression opportunities. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering an efficient and client-focused service whilst maintaining a collaborative and supportive working culture.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions
- Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
- Delivering high levels of client care and communication throughout the transaction process
You will work as part of a supportive and growing team where quality of work and client experience are highly valued.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent client communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Strong understanding of compliance and AML procedures
- An interest in modern legal technology and efficient ways of working
