The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of publicly funded childcare matters, working closely with clients and other professionals throughout each case. You will have the opportunity to develop your advocacy, technical knowledge and client management skills while taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 PQE experience in Childcare
- Have experience dealing with legal aid funded matters
- Have strong client care and communication skills
- Be commercially aware, organised and able to manage their own caseload
- Demonstrate ambition and a desire to progress their career
- Show initiative and be confident taking ownership of their work
- Be keen to develop their experience and, in time, work towards panel accreditation
