Our client is a long-standing high-street firm who are looking for a full time Wills & Probate Senior Associate / Director to work in their growing and dedicated team in Swansea. This is a permanent, full time role with long term hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of wills and probate matters.
- Preparing different types of wills including advising upon Inheritance tax planning and risks of death.
- Dealing with the administration of estates.
- Dealing with the establishment and administration of trusts.
Essential Skills and Experience
- The ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients over the phone and in writing.
- Minimum 7 plus years PQE.
- You must be confident working in a team.
- Supervising junior team members.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
