A leading South Wales practice is seeking to appoint a specialist Senior Solicitor / Associate to handle industrial disease claims related to diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of Claimant multi-track matters, where your duties will include:
- Carrying out investigations
- Obtaining documents
- Preparing witness statements
- Attending trials
In addition to fee earning activities, you will have the opportunity to partake in business development, networking initiatives and team supervision of the department, building successful relationships with asbestos support groups, nurses and trade unions.
The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
