About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trust Accounts Specialist to join a highly regarded Private Client team within a forward-thinking law firm. In this role, you'll play a key part in the preparation and oversight of trust and estate accounts, while liaising with trustees and other professionals to ensure high-quality service and compliance with all relevant tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual Trust Accounts and associated Trust Tax Returns
  • Complete personal and estate Self-Assessment Tax Returns
  • Report Capital Gains Tax and prepare Inheritance Tax documentation
  • Provide guidance to trustees and internal teams on accounting and tax matters
  • Maintain accurate financial records using industry-standard software

What We're Looking For:

  • ATT and/or TEP qualified (essential)
  • Experience with trusts, estates, and charitable structures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Digita or Troika WealthWorks is an advantage
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
