About the Role
TSR Legal is working with an established regional law firm seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing commercial offering.
The opportunity would suit a solicitor from around 3 years’ PQE who wants greater client contact and responsibility while continuing to work alongside experienced senior lawyers.
You will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and established regional organisations on a varied mixture of corporate transactions and commercial agreements.

Its model provides commercial lawyers with opportunities to build genuine long-term client relationships rather than simply working on isolated transactions.

The role will involve:
- Business and company acquisitions and disposals
- Share sales and asset sales
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
- Shareholder and partnership agreements
- Joint ventures
- Commercial contracts
- Terms and conditions
- Supply and distribution agreements
- Due diligence
- Corporate governance matters
- Supporting Partners on larger transactions
- Developing relationships with accountants, corporate finance advisers and other referrers
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years’ PQE
- Have experience within Corporate, Commercial or a combined Corporate & Commercial practice
- Be confident handling matters with appropriate autonomy
- Have strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Be commercially minded and comfortable dealing directly with business owners
- Have an interest in networking and business development
