TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a leading Legal 500 law firm seeking a Legal Administrator to join its Conveyancing & Legal Operations team in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a fast‑paced legal environment, supporting residential property transactions and wider legal operations. The Role

As a Legal Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s conveyancing teams and legal operations function, ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive an exceptional service. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and closing client files
  • Assisting with client onboarding and compliance procedures
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Ordering searches and processing conveyancing documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications
  • Maintaining accurate records on case management systems
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Supporting fee earners and operational teams with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring files are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures

What We’re Looking For
