Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for client queries, delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with the setup of new client matters, including drafting confirmation of instruction letters and maintaining records.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to conveyancers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct due diligence and support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Handle routine client telephone inquiries, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately.
- Prior experience in an administrative role (experience within property or legal transactions is advantageous but not essential).
