Conveyancing Solicitor Location: Full-time, hybrid working optional Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays, increasing with length of service TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing law firm in Salisbury who are looking to strengthen their residential property team with the appointment of an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience who is looking for a role where they can take ownership of their caseload, work closely with clients and play an active role in the continued development of a growing department. The firm places a strong emphasis on high-quality client care, manageable caseloads and a supportive working environment, with excellent administrative support allowing fee earners to focus on delivering a first-class service. Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in accordance with relevant legal, regulatory and lender requirements The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least three years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently. A strong background in residential conveyancing Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision Good knowledge of property law, Land Registry procedures and lender requirements Experience using LEAP or a similar conveyancing case management system This is a role designed to offer a good balance of professional autonomy, support and progression.
