TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a highly regarded, multi-office law firm as it looks to expand its successful Private Client team with the appointment of a Solicitor Associate in Swansea.
Our client has an excellent reputation across the region and is recognised for the quality of its legal services, strong client relationships and award-winning Private Client department. Following a period of continued growth and success, the firm is keen to welcome an ambitious lawyer who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Private Client work and will join an established team advising a diverse client base, from individuals and families to businesses, both locally and further afield.
The Role
You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney.
- Advising on wills, probate and estate administration.
- Preparing grants of probate.
- Dealing with deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement.
- Advising on tax and estate planning.
- Handling trust matters and Court of Protection work.
- Providing clear, practical and tailored advice to clients on a range of private client issues.
