The Role
- Working closely with experienced solicitors and partners, you will provide support on a broad range of contentious and non‑contentious matters, gaining valuable exposure to both Employment and Dispute Resolution work.
- Assisting with the management of employment and litigation files from inception to conclusion.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, witness statements, and court forms.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, tribunals, and third parties.
- Managing case documentation and ensuring files are maintained accurately.
- Supporting fee earners with tribunal and court preparation.
- Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes where required.
About You
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar legal support professional.
- An interest in Employment Law and/or Dispute Resolution Litigation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive and professional approach to client service.
- A Law degree, LPC, SQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent legal experience would be advantageous.
