TSR Legal have a rare and outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Partner / Lawyer to join a new and exciting commercial firm opening new offices in Swansea. They have a highly reputable corporate law practice with an impressive client portfolio, consisting of major organisations and leaders in their industry.
The Role: Clear structure and strategy – Corporates, OMBs, Private Equity, Banking – looking to join a corporate law team recognised as leading. Range of work from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate work.
The Person: Genuine expert in field (M & A, private equity, restructuring) has awareness of clients' commercial imperatives and able to tailor advice accordingly. Anticipates legal needs of clients and acts accordingly. Can draft complex, bespoke or unprecedented documentation. Is knowledgeable on document requirements on any given matter. Possesses comprehensive understanding of most aspects of matters and has sound tactical awareness. Can supervise a team in respect of preparing documentation. Safe pair of hands, able to trust them to deliver the technical legal work to clients and provide good service without supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate partner to join a leading legal 500 firm who are very open to PQE levels to join this new team in an autonomous role at what is an exciting time for the firm.
