Employment Solicitor – 1+ PQE
TSR Legal are currently working with a well-regarded multi-office law firm based in Swansea, currently have a brand-new role for an Employment Solicitor to join the expanding Employment Department. Our client boasts an excellent portfolio of both individual and business clients across the United Kingdom.
TSR Legal are delighted to be recruiting a Solicitor on behalf of a well-regarded employment team that has a strong reputation across South Wales. This will be a varied role where you will have the opportunity to grow the employment team.
As an Employment Solicitor you will be responsible but not limited to:
- Handling a broad range of employment matters across a broad client base
- The role will involve a mixture of general advisory work, corporate support, employment disputes as well as client training
- You will be involved in working across a broad range of sectors including household names, small and large employers, government bodies as well the NHS
- Drafting policies and procedures, agreements, and contracts
- Business development and marketing initiatives across the department
To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills and qualities:
- A real desire to learn and a commercial outlook
- 1+ PQE Employment Solicitor
- Trained at a recognised Law firm
- A desire to network, grow your business development skills and personal contacts over time
- A collaborative approach
- A genuine desire to progress rapidly as part of a very successful regional office
