Overview

TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a highly regarded, progressive legal practice who have recently launched a new office in Swansea and is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an exciting stage of growth. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working model, combining office presence in Swansea with remote flexibility, offering both autonomy and collaboration within a supportive conveyancing team structure.

The Role

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Deliver a high standard of client service while maintaining efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity).
  • Handle files from instruction to post-completion.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors.
  • Conduct title checks and review search results.
  • Draft and approve legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to clients throughout the process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations.

About You

  • Confident and motivated conveyancer who can operate independently while contributing positively to a growing team.
  • Experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-end.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability.

Desirable:

  • Experience within a volume or fast-paced conveyancing environment.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience).
