Civil Litigation Solicitor
TSR Legal is supporting an established law firm in the West Midlands with the recruitment of a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its friendly and supportive team. You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters, develop your technical expertise and work closely with experienced colleagues, while delivering practical and commercially focused advice to clients. Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters (including property disputes, contentious probate, debt recovery and contractual disputes) Providing clear, practical advice and identifying appropriate solutions for clients. Handling new enquiries and assessing potential matters. Drafting correspondence, legal documents and conducting research where required. Contributing to the development of the department through networking and business development activities. Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication. About You
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive from NQ up to 4 years' PQE in civil litigation Experience dealing with a broad range of contentious matters. Confident managing a caseload and handling client enquiries. Strong communication, drafting and organisational skills. The Opportunity
