TSR Legal are delighted to be representing a highly regarded national law firm in the appointment of a Legal Director to join its growing Property Litigation practice. This is a standout opportunity for an established Legal Director seeking a new platform, or an ambitious Principal Associate or Senior Associate ready to take the next step in their career. You will join a nationally recognised team with an exceptional reputation for the quality and complexity of its work, acting for an impressive client base across the real estate, retail, leisure, development, investment and public sectors.
The Opportunity
You will take a leading role in advising clients on a broad range of high value and strategically significant property disputes. The work is varied, commercially focused and often closely connected to major real estate portfolios, developments and investment projects. Matters are likely to include:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals and break notices
- Dilapidations and forfeiture
- Possession and rent recovery matters
- Development and investment disputes
- Property related insolvency
- Land registration and other specialist contentious property matters
Alongside managing your own complex caseload, you will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop your profile within the market and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
