Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
TSR Legal are working with an established law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its busy property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property professional who enjoys managing their own caseload and takes pride in providing a high level of service to clients.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, taking responsibility for files throughout the transaction and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and professionally.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
- Dealing with matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.
- Handling a mixture of freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Keeping clients updated and ensuring transactions progress in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
- Contributing to the smooth running and continued development of the wider property team.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with a strong background in residential conveyancing.
You will ideally have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience managing your own caseload.
- Good technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- Experience dealing with both freehold and leasehold matters.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
