TSR Legal are currently partnering with a leading South Wales law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to businesses of all sizes. Our client is looking for a Solicitor to focus on a broad caseload of both corporate and commercial matters to meet their clients' needs and objectives. The firm are recognised within the Legal 500 across all practice areas including, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join the team on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in corporate/commercial to further their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Manage and oversee complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Advise on corporate governance issues and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay abreast of legal developments.
- Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to their professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
