Senior Associate – Private Client Birmingham | Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take on a senior role within an established legal team in Birmingham.. The position would suit someone who enjoys the technical aspects of private client work but also values the relationship-building and commercial responsibilities that come with a senior role. The Role Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, providing clear, practical and commercially aware advice. Draft Wills and advise on succession planning, ensuring clients' wishes and individual circumstances are carefully considered. Advise on Trusts and estate planning arrangements, helping clients plan for the future and protect their assets. Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and related matters. Oversee estate administration, supporting executors and beneficiaries throughout the process. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a consistent and high standard of service. The Ideal Candidate A qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. The confidence and ability to manage a caseload independently, taking responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion. Commercial awareness and an understanding of the importance of client retention, networking and business development.
