Senior Family Solicitor/Director – Bristol
TSR Legal are currently supporting a boutique law firm in Bristol, who are looking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor or Director to the Bristol office. The firm is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee and expand the family department. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the direction, strategy, and operations of a growing firm that has national coverage across the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and growth of the family department,
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices to ensure high performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimise efficiency and impact.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the department in meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience working with a family team at a Senior Solicitor level
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A track record of successfully building excellent relationships
- Ability to think critically and drive continuous improvement.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred.
